Evansville Wartime Museum opened on May 27, 2017. As a community museum, our funding comes from visitors, memberships and fundraising. The artifacts we display come from the community and we are always on the lookout from more artifacts related to our vision and mission.
Vision An internationally-recognized military museum as a destination, that educates and inspires others by honoring those at home and abroad who sacrificed and toiled for the furtherance of freedom in the world.
Mission Acquire, preserve and interpret historical artifacts and educate all ages by telling how industry, homefront workers and military veterans supported our nation in times of conflict.
