Tours

Go beyond the galleries and uncover the details of Evansville’s wartime history with a private tour.
- Private tours are available to groups, schools, and organizations.
- Tours run approximately 90 minutes and are led by Museum docents.
- Reservations must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance of the tour date.
- Filling out the below form is not a guarantee of availability. You will receive confirmation by phone/email.
- Tours are offered based on staff availability.
- Private tour fees are payable at the Museum in one transaction using cash, card, or check.
Schools and Teachers: We welcome you and your class. Please provide one chaperone for every 10 students. We ask that chaperones remain with the group at all times. Chaperones and bus driver(s) are admitted at no charge.
Accessibility: Public areas are fully accessible. Assistive devices (walkers or wheelchairs) are not available at the Museum.
Indoor Climate: Four of our galleries are climate controlled. Our main exhibit space is an airport hangar and while heated/ventilated, we encourage guests to keep their coats during colder weather.
Parking: There is plenty of on-site parking for cars, vans, and buses.
Food Service: Food service is not available at the Museum. Food and drink are not allowed in the galleries.
Payment: We ask for payment upon arrival with ONE payment for all admissions to facilitate a timely entry. Payment can be cash, check made to Evansville Wartime Museum, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
